Text resizing
If the text on the page is too small for you to read, you can customise your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla or similar programme) to make the text larger. If you are using Internet Explorer, choose 'View' then 'Text Size' and select 'Medium', 'Larger' or 'Largest'. Alternatively, some browsers allow you to change the text size using the keyboard:
‘Ctrl’ key and - (for smaller)
‘Ctrl’ key and + (for larger)
‘Ctrl’ key and 0 (for default size)
Keyboard Shortcuts
We have provided keyboard shortcuts to enable quick keyboard access to the top level page of each website section. To use these shortcuts to navigate hold down the 'Alt' key, followed by the letter of the top level page you wish to visit (a list is provided below) followed by the 'Enter / Return' key.

Links
Many links have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail, unless the text of the link already fully describes the target (such as the headline of an article). As far as possible, links are written to make sense out of context.
Images
Static content images on the site use descriptive ALT attributes. Where gallery images are used for decorative purposes a master ALT attibute has been used.
